To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your scheduled appointment time and will be applied toward your total service balance. Your appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. Additional fees apply.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your time is reserved specifically for your appointment.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment.
- Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may require a new deposit.
- No-shows forfeit the appointment deposit.
- If the client is unavailable or unable to complete the appointment when the notary arrives, the deposit may be forfeited and applicable travel fees may still be due.
- Appointments requiring significant travel, special preparation, or third-party expenses may be subject to additional terms disclosed before booking.
